Zach and I collaborated on this one. I’ve been playing around with “slow photography” lately and I wanted to try taking a series of “exposures” by setting a long shutter speed and a fairly high f/stop and using an over-head light as a “flash.” The only problem was, I needed someone to turn the light on and off for me while the shutter was open. Enter Zach. He helped me set up the shot and then controlled the light. We set the shutter speed to 6 seconds and flipped the light on for a split second – once with me in the frame and a second time without me in the frame. This is what we got.
